The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The vacation apartment (60 m²) is located about 13 km from downtown Kassel. There is a very good connection to public transport. The Regio-Tram [regional tram] runs directly to the city center of Kassel in 20 minutes. The Regional Express runs directly to Wilhelmshöhe train station in 11 minutes. The train station is about 600 m away. The apartment is in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

In this Mediterranean furnished panoramic apartment dominates the incredible view over the Edersee, the castle Waldeck and the mountains of the National Park Kellerwald- Edersee. The panoramic scenery opens over an 8 m long, floor-to-ceiling window front, even from the bedroom you can view the lake from the bed. The apartment is well equipped and can be rented from May 2022.

Our accommodation in Baunatal, located just outside Kassel and with an unbeatable connection to the A49 and thus the A44/A7, was redesigned and modernly furnished at the beginning of 2019. Our large unit offers eight bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms and a large courtyard with seating and barbecue area, as well as a small outdoor playground for the kids. Whether for a reunion with friends or family: with us you will feel at home on the go!

The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

Cozy apartment with open space

You will stay in a closed 50 sqm 2-room kitchenette apartment with separate house entrance and a very nice and sunny outdoor area with fireplace and grill. In 5 minutes you are on the Fulda cycle path R1, in 10 minutes by tram or NextBike in the center. We live in another part of the house with children, dogs and chickens. Open-minded, friendly, tolerant, large and small people, with or without a dog, are always welcome here!

Cosy holiday flat with free parking

Whilst our place is located in a quiet area of town ideal for a stroll around the nearby fields it, is also well connected to public transport with easy 20min access to the centre. The studio flat is part of a family home with a separate front entrance. Access to the outside dining and bbq area can be arranged upon request. Two supermarkets are within 10min walking distance for self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen.
