Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre einer denkmalgeschützten Villa, hat einen kleinen Flur, 1 Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, 1 Wohnküche mit einem Schlafsofa und 1 Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Sofa und zwei Sesseln und einem Fernseher . Dieses Zimmer hat eine Stuckdecke. Überall Dielenböden und alter Steinfußboden . ca. 15 Min.bis zum Badestrand , 5 Min. zum Lebensmittelgeschäft, 15 Min. zur Altstadt, 5 Min. zur Buslinie. 5 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade.

With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Beautiful place to stay close to the center in a quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Cozy 2-room self-contained apartment (40 sqm), first floor, in a quiet residential area. Downtown Stralsund is only 8 km away. Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 sqm and ideally suited for two people plus toddler. It offers a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate floor heating. You stay not far from the center, which is however within walking distance. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No Pets Allowed We look forward to hearing from you.

Charming apartment near the old town

Our holiday home is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.

Vacation home "Boddenperle"

This cheerfully furnished apartment is located in a quiet terraced house on the outskirts of town!! So, not in the center of Barth!! Nevertheless, the city center, shopping, the harbor, the youth hostel and the theater of Barth can be reached in just 10 to 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches of Fischland-Darss-Zingst are also only 12 km away.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
