Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the middle of nature with beautiful views in all directions, you can enjoy the archipelago all year round. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to burn in, a newly built guest house and a large, nice wood-fired sauna. All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Now you have the opportunity to live in a house with stunning sunsets, in the middle of nature and in a secluded location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a special "try-it-out" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar panels, and is not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and there are only a few minor imperfections left. The Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) hiking trail passes near the house.

Combined bedroom (2*80 beds) and living room on the upper floor. Approximately 180-200 cm ceiling height on the lower floor in the kitchen. 5 minutes walk to cozy beach swimming in the lake. Rural with horses on the premises. 300 meters from the Roslagsleden. 5 km to swimming in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You stay in our glamping/dome tent with space for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hob in the tent. You are soothed by the lapping of the waves, which lulls you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a jug. You can wash dishes in the sea. No casual unbooked visits are allowed on the property beyond the two booked guests. A warm welcome

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.
