Here you can live comfortably with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fully tiled bathroom with shower and water toilet, washing machine, and three large bedrooms (3 x 2 beds) as well as a living room with two sofa beds. Large leafy plot with trampoline and two private patios with barbecue grill. Some lake view and walking distance to shared swimming. The house is located in charming Västernäs with nice old houses, gravel roads and pastures with grazing animals, on beautiful Rådmansö (car road).

You are welcome to book our house at a special "try-it-out" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar panels, and is not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and there are only a few minor imperfections left. The Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) hiking trail passes near the house.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. Welcome to stay in this archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Welcome to a nice guest house in charming Refsnäs! From the cabin it is 150 meters to jetties, where you can take a refreshing morning swim. A walk away is Refsnäs harbor with Bryggan Bar during the summer with kiosk, pizza with wine or beer. There are also tour boats to the islands Fejan and Lidö which have nice summer restaurants. In Gräddö, 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away, there is an ICA grocery store, a pizzeria, and the Björkö Örn café. There is also a campground with a sandy beach.

Parking is available adjacent to the property.
