The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif qui allie l'authenticité du bois à la rigueur du design. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. C'est un refuge calme, minimaliste et chaleureux qui se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers. Le canal de Bourgogne est à 7km. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Notre gîte, situé à Perrigny-sur-Armançon, est idéal pour une à deux personnes. Il offre un cadre parfait pour se détendre et découvrir l’artisanat local. Vous pourrez préparer de délicieux repas dans la cuisine très bien équipée… Vous pourrez aussi vous fournir en produits frais et locaux auprès de votre hôtesse Isis, proposition de repas et événements sur place… De belles balades sont à réaliser dans le village, la forêt ou au bord de la rivière et du canal…

This is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical, architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 min east of Chablis and 15 min from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Crémant and Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking.
