Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

Two simple and clean bedrooms with own entrance and bathroom adjacent. A tea kitchen with two hotplates, water-boiler, microwave and sink is available. The house is located 300 meters from coast line and in wonderful nature surroundings and with a small sandy beach. Frederikssund city is a 20 minutes walk and bus services are also available. Your host can provide you with further information. Close by is also Frederikssund train station with direct lines to Copenhagen and airport.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus og have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & 5 min kørsel til skov.
