45 minutes from Copenhagen and 5 minutes from Frederikssund, this small guest house has its own bathroom and toilet and a small courtyard. The house is close to both Roskilde and Issefjorden and the large forests around Jægerspris. There is a small dog in the main house that has access to the courtyard and garden. No smoking inside the small guest house There is takeaway within a 5 km radius; sushi, Thai food, pizza, McDonald's, burgers, grill, Asian, Chinese No smoking inside, you can smoke outside in the courtyard

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.

Peaceful and quiet in the nature. Many games.

Peacefully situated house, close to the inlet and is nice for a walk. There are different games in the house - table tennis, table football, bob, board games and TV with Chromecast+Apple AirPlay. My house is approx. 50 km from Copenhagen. A good choice if you want peace/nature and maybe want to visit Tivoli, Roskilde etc. EL-consumption is incl. (fair use=electricity max 20 kWh per night) - it is not allowed/possible to charge an electric car at the house. Water is incl. 300 liter per night.

Der er en privat parkeringsplads tilknyttet lejligheden. Boligen indeholder egen indgang, entré med fordelingsgang, badeværelse, køkken, to soveværelser med dobbeltseng, stue med sofa og spisebord samt egen terrasse. Enjoy the tranquility of the private garden, which is rich in beautiful flowers and trees. There is also both a trampoline (new, bought in 2024) and a campfire area. Walk 100 meters down the road and see the beautiful sunset over the fjord and play ball on the soccer field with the most beautiful view.

Hyggeligt sommerhus på 60 m² i rolige, naturskønne omgivelser med lukket have og fri udsigt over marker så langt øjet kan se. Huset har to soveværelser og en stor, lys udestue med udsigt til naturen. Kun 15 minutters gang til strand og fjord via stier til bad og fiskeri. Opvarmes med brændeovn, varmepumpe og elradiator – hvilket gør sommerhuset velegnet året rundt. Et roligt fristed, ideelt til par, små familier eller venner, der ønsker ro, natur og kvalitetstid – kun 45 min fra København.

Cottage 300 meters from the beach at Isefjord

Kom og få fred i sjælen i det fineste lille sommerhus på skøn naturgrund med halv-vild have. I er omgivet af høje, smukke træer - men her er også masser af sol. Her er en fortryllende fred - man hører kun fuglekoret (og en nabo ind imellem). Der er 300 meter til en fin lille badestrand ved Isefjorden, hvor vandet er lavt langt ud. En lille skov er også inden for gåafstand. Fredsommelige hunde er velkomne. Grunden er indhegnet med 60 cm hegn ud mod buskads og 80 cm hvor der er mere åbent.

Welcome to our 110 m² luxury Nordic-style holiday home with space for 10 guests near Roskilde Fjord. Our names are Anders and Stine. Outdoors, the house offers a large south-facing terrace with a pergola, a wilderness bath, a sauna, an outdoor shower and table tennis. Indoors, there is a cinema and pool table - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups.
