In the heart of the village of Saint Etienne de tinée, renovated house of 60m2 with taste where you will find calm and serenity. A terrace overlooking the garden will welcome you for convivial moments. You will find all the necessary shops (supermarkets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...). Our family home will allow you to enjoy the great outdoors and the fun of the mountains. The vegetation, trees and flowers that line the house as well as its panoramic view are a real delight. Located just a 2-minute drive from the medieval village of Beuil and 7 minutes from the Valberg ski resort, it's a perfect vacation spot. In winter: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. In summer: hiking, mountain biking, etc... Supermarket, bakery and very good restaurants in the village.

Charmant studio idéalement situé, très paisible et en pleine nature, tout en étant proche du centre village (environ 100m) et de la télécabine de la Pinatelle (environ 200m) pour se rendre sur les pistes de ski ⛷️ À environ 200m du magasin de location de ski (à côté de la cabine Pinatelle). St Martin de Vésubie et le boreon are close by less than 15kms. due south very clear and well-equipped, it's classified 3* **, it's good to live there. Fruit trees, vegetable garden, and flowers surround it . Welcome to it.

Antica Macina Vacanze – Casa Brigasco

House renovated in antique style, overlooking the Barbaira stream, within the historic center of the medieval village of Rocchetta Nervina. Just a 20-minute drive from the sea and a short walk from the famous local "lakes". Access to the house is allowed from the panoramic walkway that runs along the river; the house has a large outdoor area with an outdoor kitchen. Private parking is just 40 meters from the house.
