On the 2nd floor with elevator, 50 m away from the beach, the apartment with balcony has been renovated in 2016 and all the windows have been changed in 2019. Sea view from all the rooms. The kitchen is modern and functional (dishwasher, microwave oven... ). The bedding is new. Toilets is separated from the bathroom.
