The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

In a separate cottage 5 meters from this accommodation, there is a spacious sauna with sea view. Spa pool is about 50 meters from the house In the lake house, there is a bed and a sofa bed. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repairs. Available from 20/5.

Tiny House with a view by the sea!

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right on the water's edge. A magical view with the water right outside the door. In the latter part of the year you can sometimes see the lovely northern lights. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Use of the spa pool is included. A sauna can be added for a fee of SEK 500 per day during your stay, but please let us know when you book. Only 25 minutes by car to Stockholm city if you want to explore the city and 10 minutes to lovely hiking trails in Tyresta National Park.
