All by itself, at the far end of our plot, lies our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Just nature, and a warm swimming lake is just a stone's throw away. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

The Loft: in this beautiful house, you will be able to enjoy the sun and a peaceful environment. There is a double bed 140 centimetres wide on the lower floor. There is also a loft inside the house with a 140-centimetre-wide bed, with space for one person/two people to sleep there. Large TV with Chromecast and Apple TV. Broadband is available. Modern kitchen with everything you could want. Bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for you to use Bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

It is located seven meters from the sea, with bathing possibilities close by - both close to the cottage (cliffs) and a beach 200 meters away. This small cottage (1 room) houses 2 adults, 1 infant or child (children must be able to swim) is welcome. The house has fresh water (no hot water), outside shower, and combustion toilet. Amenities include a grill, oven, hob and kitchen supplies. Full access to hot shower and laundry room.

The cottage has a charming original kitchen from the 70s with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, as well as a living room with large windows that lets in plenty of windows. For cold or rainy days, there is a fireplace. Nearby are many beautiful forest paths that lead to local beaches, perfect for a walk in nature.
