Our guesthouse is a certified Kyo-Machiya, compact 28 square meter bungalow with common area for living room and bedroom, a small Japanese wooden terrace, kitchen, and separate bathroom and toilet which is newly renovated. Its location is ideal for people who want to experience local Kyoto life. It is located very near to bus stops, universities, convenient store, public bath, coin laundry, liquor shop, 100 yen store, drug store, gym, ramen shops, restaurants, mall, post office, coin parking.

【Shukuhonjin yukimura】Samurai style★Famous painter

[Yukimura], located in Osaka’s Joto Ward, was built in 1909 (Meiji 42) and is a rare WWII-surviving home. Inspired by the Sengoku era, its bold red design honors General Yukimura’s crimson armor and katana. A renowned ink artist depicted the legendary battle between Tokugawa Ieyasu and Sanada Yukimura, blending history and artistry. Paired with its sister property, [Shukuhonjin Gamo], these twin guesthouses offer contrasting styles, fully independent yet adjacent, for small or large groups.

Up to 13 people can stay in an authentic Western-style building overlooking the countryside and local train lines. Good access to Hitachi Seaside Park, Nakaminato and Oarai areas. The guest areas of the building are all private spaces for guests. You can spend your time with peace of mind in terms of infection control. You can enjoy an all-weather garage BBQ with additional service charge. It is closed during winter season. Please contact with the host for more detail and reservation.

カカヤマヒュッテは、飲食店スペースと宿泊スペースが併設している施設です。 カカヤマヒュッテはバンガロー風の３階建ての施設です。1階は駐車場と浴室です。2階は『カカヤマダイナー』という飲食店をやっています。3階は2部屋の寝室です。 1階と2階は宿泊者様の共用スペースとなります。 ＊2階のカカヤマダイナーは不定期営業です。 基本、宿泊のお客様がおられるときは飲食店営業はしていません。 食材を持ち込んでいただきキッチンで調理可能です。一通りのキッチン用品はそろっています。 調味料は持込みください。 庭でバーベキューも可能です。（別料金） 湧き水をひいたプールが最高です。（夏） ハチ北スキー場から車で18分。 広い庭でバーベキュー、花火、焚火が可能です。 施設の目の前には耀子の清水という名水が湧き出ています。 都会の方も汲みに来る、とても美味しい水です。 大自然豊かなとても静かな田舎町です。 大切なかたたちとしずかにゆっくり過ごすにはぴったりの場所です。 兵庫50山のひとつ蘇武岳も近くにあり登山宿にもご利用ください。（蘇武岳登山口まで車で20分）
