Great for 2 couples with 1-bedroom downstairs (queen bed) & a loft upstairs w/queen bed & 2 futons. Enjoy coffee on 1 of the 2 two decks w/mountain views or sit by the cozy gas fireplace. Ski @ Homewood, Squaw or Alpine—the shuttles are nearby. A beach is at the bottom of the hill, & many popular restaurants & bars are nearby. We have hi speed wifi & a TV downstairs.

This adorable remodel has a downstairs living plan, a private hot tub on the huge back deck, heated bathroom floors, new carpets as of 2024 and sleeping for 7 people. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and they all feature queen size beds. Also upstairs is a workspace, laundry, and a loft play area.

The hot tub on the deck is a perfect location for star-gazing. Our permit is for a MAXIMUM of 8 people, incl children and infants. No visiting friends or pets are allowed.
