Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Modern apartment 55 m² - complete and very nicely decorated. Parking is available right in front of the house. Close to shopping. The tram station is within walking distance (in Linz in 20 minutes). Perfect for 2 people (bedroom - 1 double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm).
