Cozy apartment in a quiet location air-conditioned

Enjoy the charm of the 50s in the lovingly renovated apartment of our townhouse. In a quiet residential area you can feel at home. Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Apartment~nice quiet surroundings !

Great place to escape from normal daily city routines and noise. Even if you visit us during the summer or winter you are in the right place. You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for a familly with two children

Beautiful old building right in the city center of Wels. 84 m² of living space, very spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In the king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm, there is enough space for two people. In the living room there is a sofa and a wing.
