A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

The private patio in the lush garden has tables and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a good dinner on a summer's evening. Liten stuga med privat inhägnad tomt i Höllviken och egen p-plats. 1 rum med pentry och toalett med dusch. Finns våningssäng 120 & 90 cm samt en enkelsäng med extrasäng i. Totalt 4-5 sängplatser. Nära till allt både restauranger, matbutik, butiker, buss & stränder. Strand ca 1.5 km från stugan. Finns möjlighet att hyra fler dagar under Juli, skicka ett meddelande. Städning vid avresa ingår ej. Gäster kan välja att städa själva eller köpa till städning för 500kr. Meddela värden i god tid då.

Med en kort cykeltur är ni nere i byn, här finns restauranger, matbutiker, shoppinggalleria, bio & förbindelser till Malmö. Stugan har hög standard, välutrustat kök, WC, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Bäddsoffa 140cm för 1-2 personer, sovloft med dubbelsäng 180cm. Egen p-plats, ingång & avskilt läge.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to beach, shopping and Höllviken's restaurant offerings. This newly built attic with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with stove, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, work corner with desk, double bed and mattress on the sleeping loft and the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. The cottage is located on our property about 20 meters from our residential house and shares a garden with us.

Completely newly built "Attefall" house in the perfect location, a stone's throw from Falsterbokanalen and 800m forest walk to the beach with good bus connections . Full kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace and cozy sleeping loft. In addition, the house has its own nice patio with dining table and sofa group. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi and AC. In addition, free parking is offered. Open for rent for longer periods but also weekly.
