New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is located 300 meters from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 2 km from Höllviken center where there are both food and clothing stores as well as many nice restaurants to choose from. Car distance to many nice golf courses. and in about 3 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation.

Beside our house we have a small guest house that we now rent out over the summer. It's small, simple but crazy cozy! You live among the trees in a quiet and peaceful area very close to the beach and swimming. Sleeping facilities, for two, kitchenette, WC with shower and living room with two x-tra beds/place-built sofas. Terrace in the west sun with small seating area. 75 meters to morning swim. TV is not available but here you enjoy nature, the sound of the waves and the sunset.

The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit amazing Måklộ. Here our guests are well received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Public transport close by, less than five minutes to the bus stop.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
