Here you are welcomed to a newly renovated house with large living areas, fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio with barbecue facilities as well as parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms as well as a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. We rent out for both days and weeks. For longer periods, the price can be discussed, always with flexibility. Smoking is not allowed.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Close to the beach in Kämpinge

Entire apartment! Hall with 3 closets. 1 staircase up (the staircase can be experienced as somewhat steep) you will find the apartment. Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven/microwave, stove and Nespresso machine. Dining table with 4 seats. Sofa bed with associated table and TV and Sonos speakers. 120 cm bed placed in a niche creates a cozy feeling! The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and combined washing machine/dryer. 200 meters from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches and 1.5 km to Höllviken Centrum.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Gästhuset är dimensionerat för 4 personer, med en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar på ovanvåningen, dock finns det även en skön soffa på nedanvåningen att sova i, vilket gör att jag accepterar 5 gäster
