Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, kaffekokare, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Bilavstånd till många fina golfbanor. och på ca 3 minuters gångavstånd finns busshållplats som tar dig in till centrala Malmö med alla dess möjligheter. Huset är fullt utrustat och möblerat. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår i boendet.
