The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Great fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening.

The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
