Relax in this home. Quiet location, surrounded by nature. Centrally located between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

The space is an apartment with about 65 square meters on the first floor of our new building and was ready for occupancy in 2019. Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 4 people, including bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. We are located on the outskirts of Weikersheim on a hillside with magnificent panoramic views over the Vorbach Valley. In case of bad weather or darkness, the big TV in the living room will do. ;)

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

We rent this beautiful 70 square meter apartment, which is located in the middle of Bad Mergentheim. It's about a 7-minute walk to downtown. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for everyday use. In the bedroom there is a king size bed. Wi-Fi is available, and a 55-inch TV (smart TV) is located in the living room. Our 30 sqm vacation rental is on the ground floor of our 2022 family house in Stuppach. The parking is right at your doorstep, everything is on the ground floor and without steps. In the apartment is a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only partially suitable for 2 persons with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.
