The space is an apartment with about 65 square meters on the first floor of our new building and was ready for occupancy in 2019. Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 4 people, including bed linen and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

In the apartment is a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only partially suitable for 2 persons with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.
