The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
