Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Our apartment, 40 square meters, is located on the south-facing terrace facing the garden, with an unobstructed view of the nature of our private house on the edge of the forest. Exclusive use of the terrace for guests and free parking on the property. The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Fulda 6 km downtown, 7 WeltenTherme 2 km, Wasserkuppe 14 km. Downtown Fulda 6 km.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the east of Eisenach, in the green and quiet Karolinental. On foot, you need 15 minutes to the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. Eisenach's sights, such as the Wartburg and the Drachenschlucht, are easily accessible. We offer you: a separate small kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob) and a bathroom with tub, as well as a room with a new box spring bed (140 × 200 cm), TV, Wi-Fi, large wardrobe and seating for dining.

High-quality, lovingly & ecologically renovated apartment on the first floor of a historic building (built ~1520) in a cul-de-sac in the middle of Fulda. The city center is a 3-minute walk. The apartment is equipped with high-quality underfloor heating, solid wood floorboards, kitchen incl. dishwasher & oven, bathroom, stereo & TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. There is also an exit to the terrace or garden. Additional sofa bed in the living room - children welcome!

Welcome to our guest apartment. The apartment on the first floor has a separate entrance. Our garden (about 2000 square meters) invites you to relax. There are several common areas with seating, also with a roof. Parking on the premises. Bicycle garage. The surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycling (railway line bike paths). Excursions to the Thuringian Forest and the Rhön (Thuringia, Hesse and Bavaria) are recommended. The apartment is also suitable for fitters.

I rent a room in the historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, about 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. In the immediate vicinity of the A4, the accommodation is still quietly located. In addition to the room with a double bed, there is a small bathroom and a mini-kitchen with 2 hotplates (no oven), a fridge (no freezer compartment), coffee maker, kettle and dishes. At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda, we rent a 2021 renovated apartment in our historic watermill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fulda, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large farm also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached within a 2-minute walk. On the farm, there are two lively, friendly dogs.
