My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Unterkunft: ein kleines Holzhaus (8qm) auf Rädern auf unserer idyllischen Biohof-Wiese im besonders schönen Naturparkdorf Ihlow (Naturpark Märkische Schweiz 50 km von Berlin-Mitte!), separat gelegen, auf zwei Seiten verglast, schöne Aussicht, Toilette & Dusche 50m entfernt, Hofcafé direkt auf dem Hof (von Mai bis Oktober saisonal!), Frühstück & Abendessen individuell auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten! Sauna im Schloss Reichenow (3km). Bitte dort direkt selbst anmelden (15€ p.P.)!

Das schöne Design Holzhaus in der Märkischen Schweiz (50km von Berlin) befindet sich in dem kleinen Künstlerdorf Ihlow, und bietet auf 65m2 Wohnfläche mit einer großen Fensterfront und 35 m2 überdachter Terrassenfläche einen wunderschönen Blick auf Felder und Wälder. Es gibt einen ein großen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit einem Holzofen, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Infrarotheizung.Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensizebett (1,60).

Apartment im ehemaligen Vierseithof Nähe Berlin

Die kleine 40qm-Wohnung im 1. OG befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Vierseithof im alten Dorfkern. Der Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill und das große Gartengrundstück mit u.a. Obstbäumen und -sträuchern können gerne mitgenutzt werden. Berlin-Mitte ist 30 km entfernt, der Autobahnanschluß A 10 ca. 10 km. Gute Regionalbahn-Anbindung nach Berlin-Ostkreuz (Fahrtzeit ca. 40 Minuten) im 2,5 km entfernten Werneuchen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man (rad)wandern und in Seen baden.

Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Einfamilienhaus mit separatem Eingang gelegen und ca.65m2 gross. Sie liegt ca. 30 Minuten von Berlin entfernt.Nach Bad Freienwalde und Eberswalde ca.15 Minuten. Ein Auto ist hier unbedingt erforderlich. Brunow ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen am 66 Seenwanderweg und vielen anderen schönen Routen. Die Unterkunft ist auch für Wanderreiter interessant,da eine Unterstellmöglichkeit vorhanden ist. Hund gerne auf Anfrage.

Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Geeignet auch für Aktiv-Urlauber*innen, Radler*innen und besonders Familien mit Kindern. Alles ist da :-)
