Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

Beemte Broekland ligt in een landelijke omgeving tussen Apeldoorn en Deventer. Je houdt van een vintage uitstraling en stille omgeving, zeker 's avonds. De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!
