Die behindertengerechte Wohnung ist ebenerdig und befindet sich sehr zentral im Ortskern. Direkt vor der Unterkunft befinden sich kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie diverse Gaststätten (fränkische, italienische und griechische Küche) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
