Our spacious, fully equipped holiday apartment has a total of approx. 120 square meters of living space and is located in the 1st floor of a two-family house in a quiet residential area of ​​Adelsdorf. The place is located in the Aischtal in the middle of the Franconian carp ponds and the largest density of breweries and beer gardens in the world. The place has very good motorway or expressway access (A3) from practically all directions, approx. 4 km away.

Next to the bedroom with two separate beds there is a small dining area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Cutlery as well as plates and cups are present. A private shower and toilet are also available. Very quietly located in a residential area. A covered parking space on the property can also be used during the stay.
