The cosy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. We are a family with two children (10 and 16 years old) and live in the centre of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is an apartment in our apartment building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Football pitch and playground are just around the corner. We have a beautiful view over the Rhine Valley.

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
