Schwarzwaldhaus Schönbühl offers a unique feel-good atmosphere in addition to its ideal location overlooking the health resort Todtmoos and the pilgrimage church. Originally built as a sanatorium, it was run as a guesthouse for decades. For almost 100 years people have felt comfortable here, spent their holidays here and recovered. We welcome you to our lovingly furnished apartment. The 36 m² can accommodate up to 3 people. An extra bedroom with a large bed offers plenty of privacy. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and TV to feel comfortable. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the house, which is currently closed for renovation. You can park your vehicle directly at the house free of charge.

Or let the sound of the Rhine lull you to sleep with the bedroom windows tilted open.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Enjoy a break in the middle of the countryside between goats and forests in a secluded location. Start the day with a glass of fresh goat's milk and enjoy the fantastic view and watch our goats and feel the calming effect. Right outside your front door you can start your hikes through the fascinating Black Forest. Our well-known Rothaus brewery is worth a trip. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
