The village of St. Jakob with inns and shops is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is also very easy to reach in winter on the regularly cleared driveway.

Glacier is 8 km form our house away! The capital city Innsbruck is 75 km away.

The large property in front of the farm up to the river belongs to our farm. There is also fruit at the property that you can pick at the time of harvest. In winter, toboggan runs and the Bergeralm ski resort are quick and easy to get to.
