A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Fantastic house with wonderful views over fields, walking distance to a lakeside pub & a fantastic Thai With 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen with air fryer & spacious lounge with modern seating for group dining. 2 single beds, plus sofa bed also available The multiple bi fold doors lead out to the garden, with a slide & teepee for kids, 3 smart TVs, 1 with built in DVD player & a selection of films. The home has Wi-Fi & parking. A wonderful place to relax or explore. Work or group stays too

Unique character, cosy & relaxing, good location.

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

It theoretically sleeps 10 but suitable for 7 if one prefers sleeping alone. Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Relaxing cottage garden flat in village centre. Nestled next to the Church with country views and very close to the famous Penshurst Place. Ideal for attending a wedding. Set in beautiful Kent countryside and with marvellous walks. We are happy to welcome your well behaved dogs. The town of Tunbridge Wells with its lovely Pantiles, restaurants and theatre, along with Hever Castle are close at hand. The village boast three pubs with the Leicester Arms a stones throw away.
