Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

The 60 sqm apartment is regularly renovated and renewed by us and is very modern. There is also a free underground parking space available. The beautiful waterfront promenade is one of the longest in Germany. The state capital Munich can also be reached in just 45 minutes by S-Bahn.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
