Newly renovated bright apartment on the ground floor in a detached house in Lysbro, 3 km from the center of Silkeborg. There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, views of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Our home is close to the lake and forest and there are good opportunities for hiking and cycling. You can also use the mountain bike trails in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private terrace area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. Welcome! Our holiday apartment is part of Danland holiday resort, with all the facilities it entails. Large play areas, indoor pool, spa, sauna, children's pool. Outdoor tennis courts, beach volley, football. Indoor play cellar for children. The apartment is primarily used by ourselves, therefore there will be a personal touch and belongings. Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
