Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt mittig gelegen zwischen der Bansiner und Heringsdorfer Seebrücke. Als alteingesessene Heringsdorfer Familie – schon unsere Oma beherbergte hier früher Gäste aus aller Welt – hat das Gastgeben bei uns Tradition und wir freuen uns, Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt an der Ostsee bieten zu können.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für vier Personen und befindet sich in einer ruhigen, dennoch zentralen Lage, ca. 250m vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Hier genießt ihr die perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und Nähe zu allem, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird – von gemütlichen Cafés über Restaurants bis hin zu Geschäften. Ihr könnt die Ruhe genießen, seid gleichzeitig schnell mitten im Geschehen und am Strand, um das Beste aus eurem Ostseeurlaub herauszuholen.

The spacious apartment on the first floor measures 67 square meters and, with its two separate bedrooms, is ideal for 4 guests. The spacious and bright living/dining area with an inviting sofa corner and large real wood table forms the centerpiece of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard and is just as impressive as the luxurious bathroom. The balcony can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. The double beds are each 180 x 200 cm.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche.Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große Couch, die auch für 1 Person als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein bequemes Doppelbett (160x200).Die Fewo verfügt über einen großen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf Wald und Wiese.Fahrräder können im abgeschlossen Fahrradschuppen abgestellt werden.

In the evening, guests can relax on the balcony or terrace.
