Between the comfort of a townhouse and the calm of a country house, a few steps from the port of Herbaudière and a private path leading directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation offers on the ground floor 1 large living space open to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room. As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

A lovely old cottage in Baden

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans notre gîte familial, situé en Bretagne sud, près du Golfe du Morbihan, entièrement rénové en 2022 et classé 4 étoiles. Piscine couverte et chauffée de mai à septembre dans le jardin clos de murs pour les baignades paisibles, restaurants, commerces et plages à proximité, tout est réuni pour un séjour réussi. Afin de préserver le calme du quartier et par respect pour les voisins (dont nous faisons partie!), fêtes et soirées sont strictement interdites.

Amandine, Caroline and Sébastien present their family home. To keep it after the death of our dad, we decided to share it with you. It is ideally located facing the wild coast with a floor that has just been completely redone, with 2 additional bedrooms, a superb sea view, swimming pool from June to the end of September. An ideal house to accommodate 12 people (10 adults max). Welcome to our home.... Linens not provided but option to rent.

Pretty recent blackmoutrine house. All comforts, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. Nice little flowered garden, intimate with wooden decking, olive tree, deckchairs and barbecue, very comfortable underfloor heating. Private parking, enclosed in the evening. Ranking 3 keys, 3 stars.
