we offer our estate with a heated swimming pool for events on request (possibility of a marquee), set in a preserved natural environment. The property offers 280 m2, consisting of a renovated stone longhouse and 4 independent renovated lodges, with a total capacity of 20 guests (+ 2 children ). For the accommodation side. the estate is located between land and the sea on the Guérande peninsula: Guérande is just 7 km away, only 7 minutes from the Mesquer Quimiac beaches, and 12 km from La Baule.

Welcome to our home. During our vacation, we are renting out our lovely house. Ideal location 5 minutes from the port of La Roche-Bernard, 20 minutes from the Guérande peninsula Towels and bedding not provided. Please bring your own. It has a secure, private and salt-treated swimming pool (available from May to the end of September) and an indoor SPA with 5 places (available from October to the end of April). The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms or 8 beds and a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people. The villa has a fenced garden and garden furniture.
