Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Der Wohnraum Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 40 m². Es gibt einen Schlafraum (Bett 1,40 cm). Ein Kleiderschrank ist vorhanden. Im Aufenthaltszimmer gibt es neben einem Tisch mit Stühlen eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank sowie eine Couch. Eine Dusche mit WC rundet die Wohnung ab. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4-room apartment with beautiful views of the tower. The apartment is located in the city center. 10 minutes' walk to the train station.
