Enjoy a relaxing time in the tiny house. Get to know the beautiful living feeling that a tiny house offers. Our two tiny houses are located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town. Less than 100 steps and you are in the middle of nature. The Laichinger Alb offers a lot: the Tiefenhöhle, the climbing forest, the Westerlau recreational forest with a wildlife sanctuary and some premium hiking trails in close proximity. The biosphere area around Münsingen and the Blautopfstadt Blaubeuren are only a few kilometers away.

On the garden floor of a completely renovated detached house from the 1930s, a granny apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and views into the garden. South side. Bettina lives with her children on the floor above and is therefore always available for questions. Old building = you can hear us. Located 5 minutes' walk from Backnang train station, in the city center and despite everything small, quiet neighboring street (play street). Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

A few years ago, our house was converted from a former farmhouse into a vacation home and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Surrounded by meadows and forests, it is located in the middle of the Swabian Alps biosphere area. It is in a unique secluded location and is available for the complete exclusive use of our guests.
