The house is part of a modernized farmhouse and very suitable for families. It can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. The 2 largest rooms have their own bathroom. The 2 smaller rooms share a bathroom. There is a large living room with pellet stove and large dining table. Outside, you can sit on a sunny terrace. Forest and beach within walking and cycling distance. Close to Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague. Groups of friends only in consultation and max 8 people, age from 35.

The house is on walking distance from the lake where you can walk and swim. On a couple of minutes walk you are in the center of the fortress which has good restaurants and cosy bars. The beaches are on 15 minutes driving by car. The house is located two kilometers from the second (tweede) Maasvlakte and the beaches.
