You can reach the centre in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.

It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and its own terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space is available at the house. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
