Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

A 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks and a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in close proximity to Bremen. From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. In summer there are horses with their little foals right in front of the house, who are always looking forward to a petting session. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

On the 1 floor are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden.

Our detached "Ferienhaus Steinkimmen" is located in the middle of nature on a huge forest property. Many wooden elements, a fireplace, a sauna, a bath and a large kitchen-living room make in the house a great atmosphere to arrive & relax. On three levels, there is a large cozy living and cooking area, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. And of course there is a small TV in case it rains.

Centrally located semi-detached house

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. The Sandkruger train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by bike (2 km). From there you can take the train towards the north (Ahlhorn / Osnabrück) and south (Oldenburg / Bremen). In addition, there is a bus stop for buses within walking distance (about 700 m).
