Magical fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Lee"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

A swimming pool and sauna are located in the complex. You can walk about 200 meters to the beach. The damage caused by the storm surge in the autumn of 2023 in the beach area has been eliminated. Haus Seestern is a bright and modern apartment on the first floor of a new building. There is a garden with a terrace and grill. The fully equipped apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is located only 3 km from the Schlei and 5 km from the Baltic Sea and the landscape offers perfect opportunities for cycling tours.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.
