The cozy half-timbered house (125sqm) is located on an old farm with extensive natural property with pond biotopes in an almost secluded location. We have horses and free-roaming peacocks. The garden offers plenty of space for fun and games and beautiful quiet corners invite you to relax. The house is well equipped and has 3 bedrooms (up to 8 people) and 2 bathrooms. It is suitable for families with children.

The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden ¨the forest¨ where the big old gardens meet, with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is newly renovated with modern comfort. Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The Malerhaus Eisnebel opens up completely new holiday possibilities with the Malerhaus Nebeltreiben next door. Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. A fireplace, sauna and spacious terrace with a teak seating area and private sunbathing area are just some of the feel-good oases in this wonderful painter's house.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Vacation in the countryside and close to the Baltic Sea!! Our apartment "Fasanennest" is located in a quiet residential area in Gelting OT Stenderup adjacent to our house. The apartment has its own entrance and extends over 2 floors. During the day you can make beautiful excursions to the sea or to the Schlei from here. Or you can enjoy your own terrace in the garden or read a book in the hammock. Everything is possible!

Haus Seestern is a bright and modern apartment on the first floor of a new building. There is a garden with a terrace and grill. The fully equipped apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is located only 3 km from the Schlei and 5 km from the Baltic Sea and the landscape offers perfect opportunities for cycling tours.
