It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Haus Seestern

Haus Seestern is a bright and modern apartment on the first floor of a new building. There is a garden with a terrace and grill. The fully equipped apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is located only 3 km from the Schlei and 5 km from the Baltic Sea and the landscape offers perfect opportunities for cycling tours.
