Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden ¨the forest¨ where the big old gardens meet, with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is newly renovated with modern comfort. Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The cabin is equipped with electric heating and TV, in the bathroom there is an ecological toilet and a sink with hot water, to be used with ecological products. There is a solar shower outside. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
