New renovated house outside Vellinge. Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbos white wonderful beaches (15 mins). Öresundsbron/Malmö (10min) and Copenhagen (30min), Österlen (about 45min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homey, cozy place with all the comforts! A harmonious house to be taken care of! All new August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Secluded and cozy garden facing south.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. We will do our best to make sure you have a pleasant experience in our forest house! Warm welcome! The house is close to nature and the sea. Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Architect-designed villa north of Copenhagen

Beautiful and spectacular home with large garden close to Copenhagen. The house is architect-designed and sleeps the big family. Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, stepping into the large villa is a very special experience. The villa is especially suitable for families with children and is only a few minutes walk to the station from where there are trains directly to central Copenhagen every 10 minutes. Wonderful country house with many lovely options

It has room for relaxation and unfolding. The home has many options indoors and outdoors. You can easily get to the beach, which is child-friendly. You can easily get to the old town of Køge with the cozy square and the many old houses. Copenhagen is only 45 minutes away by car or train. You can make a holiday here that can accommodate all needs. Ideal for one or more families who need everything to go smoothly. It is possible to purchase more places to stay.
