The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city can be reached very quickly. The ground floor was extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travellers.

New opening 9/2020. Beautiful, sunny apartment in Waterloohus in quiet side street on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. Stay in an old merchant's villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a quiet residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like atmosphere, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. In the middle of St. Pauli is our beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with dining table. In addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub, there is also a separate toilet. Since the bedrooms are located to the backyard, it is very quiet there. Nevertheless, the Reeperbahn, Davidstraße and Hans-Albers-Platz are only a few minutes' walk away. The bedrooms are bright and sunny in good weather.
