Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Pirate's nest deluxe with city connection

We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. More information at hvv.de Cars can be parked right in front of the door.

Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located property. Great, bright and quiet Loft in the heart of St.Pauli. Workspace with desk, WiFi is available. The loft is in the back house and is very quiet The 180x200cm soothing water bed with mattress topper guarantees relaxing nights. A supermarket across the street guarantees easy shopping. Around the corner is a beautiful, large park (Planten un Blomen), which is worth a walk!

Loft Schanzenviertel-Quarter Work and Live

Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. Simple, unagitated - feel St. Pauli.

Beautiful mini loft in the heart of Hamburg

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld is less than 4 minutes away.
