It was not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen of high quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and wood-burning heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slow. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a listed house in the center of the Hallein old town. In the immediate vicinity is the city parish church with the grave of Franz-Xaver Gruber and the Gruber Museum. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
