WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Due to its proximity to the Halblech Valley, the accommodation is perfect for a day in the mountains. Then the nearby swimming lakes invite you to relax. The great roof terrace completes the day perfectly. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes away.

Living next to the King

Live in the König's (King's) neighborhood. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, as a starting point to Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

To the fantastic view

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.
