This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 meters. A simple log house built in 2022 with a strong aroma of wood. You can find lots of beautiful scenery within a 10-minute walk. Please don't miss the view of Mt. Iizuna from Lake Daiza-Hoshi. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi-ku)! The next closest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen) is about a 7-minute walk away. You can also come by public transportation. Restaurants such as Mori no Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also great as a base for golf and skiing in the Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko areas. Please also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iizuna. If you'd like to visit a hot spring, Tengunokan on Lake Reisenji is about a 15-minute drive away. For a large public bath, Asobiba is about a 5-minute drive away. There is a discount on the bath fee. We lend projectors and screens free of charge. Play games or have a movie night on the big screen. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, campfire, or tent sauna. Surrounded by the chirping of birds and the clear air, we have created a special space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and truly relax. The interior is compact but calm, with the warmth of wood, and you can enjoy the seasonal changes of the forest from the window. It offers a luxurious time to wake up in the morning to the light of the mountains and to gaze at the starry sky at night. It is also ideal as a base for skiing, backcountry skiing, hiking, and forest walks, and is recommended for couples or partners looking for a stay in harmony with nature. It is also in the center of Hakuba Village, so please enjoy your own special time in the tranquility of the Northern Alps. We can also pick you up at Nagano Station. Please let us know if you would like this. We will provide seamless service without you having to wait in line for a bus. You can stay here as a summer resort during the summer season from July to September. During the day, there is a cool breeze at around 20°C, and you may want to have something to wear in the morning and evening.

Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk (or 1 min drive) to some cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!
